The Wrist Chat Watch OS app will use the WhatsApp Web API to access users' messages.

How to use WhatsApp on Wrist Watch?
After installing the wrist Chat app in Wrist Watch, the user has to scan the QR code on the screen to use WhatsApp.
After scanning the code, all the messages received on WhatsApp will be displayed on the user's wristwatch which can be used to start the chat by tapping.
